"Helpful service that actually met my expectations"
I had a quick question about which battery was the right one, they got back to me quicker than I expected. I’m particular about getting a clear answer before ordering, and the person I spoke with was friendly, straightforward, and didn’t make it feel like I was bothering them. The battery showed up in good shape, with plenty of padding around it and no leaks or dents when I opened everything up. The outside box was a little scuffed, but I’m guessing that happened during delivery. the packaging did its job, though it took more effort than I expected to get through all of it. Overall I’m happy with how it arrived, just not quite 5-star perfect.

I found pretty much every battery I was looking for, even a couple of the weird sizes I didn’t think I’d find. It took me a little while to compare everything, but I can’t say I didn’t appreciate having so many options all in one place.

I was expecting mostly random cheap battery brands, but I was pleasantly surprised to find loads of names I actually recognised. It made choosing the right one much easier, and I didn’t feel like I was taking a gamble. I’d definitely use it again.

Ordered a battery i appreciated that the delivery price was shown right away before I paid. Clear. No surprise fees popping up at checkout, which usually drives me mad. The battery turned up when it was supposed to as well. Easy. Would definitely use them again.

I’m so tired of websites turning a simple purchase into a whole process, so this was a bit of a relief. The site was easy to use, I just typed in the battery I needed and the options showed up straight away, no faffing around. Checkout was quick too and didn’t make me fill in loads of unnecessary details. Just nice to use a site that does what it’s supposed to without making everything confusing.

I used BuyaBattery for the first time and, the discount code worked without the usual checkout drama. I popped it in, hit apply, and the price changed straight away like magic.
I was fully expecting it to throw a tantrum like some websites do, but nope, it just worked. The order process was nice and simple too, so I’ve got no complaints at all. Easy 5 stars from me.

I’ve dealt with a few suppliers before where getting invoicing or delivery details sorted can be a bit of a headache, but this was really straightforward.
